🩷 Our shelter has some of the SWEETEST dogs right now

Everyone was so polite taking their treats and the room was quiet 🤫 this is not what most people see as they come through because everyone is so excited!

When you enter the kennel, it’s like ringing the door bell at home and they bark! But we want you to see how amazing they are when they know it’s staff checking in on them. 😍

Video is featuring:
Stuart: 5 month old husky mix puppy
Benny: young adult chihuahua mix.
Trent: adult German shepherd (who is SO smart)
Cooper: lab mix (friends with Benny)
Ranger: sweet older shepherd mix
Marie: young pittie (sis to Donnie)
Huk: adult shepherd mix (would love a running partner)
Donnie: young pittie (bro to Marie)

There is more information on our website on 24petconnect.com.

We are open to the public Tuesday through Saturday from 10am to 4:30pm (closed from 1 to 2 for lunch)

Adopt Barnaby 🫶🏻

Excuse me… who authorized this sugar-face to be this adorable?! 🐶🥹

Barnaby has officially traded his shelter digs for a week of the foster life with our foster extraordinaire, Suzette! 🏡✨ And honestly? We’re pretty excited about the intel we’re getting.

Here’s Barnaby’s foster résumé so far:

✨ Housebroken — ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
🛋️ Respects the furniture — no couch surfing without permission
🍳 Knows the kitchen is off-limits — a gentleman with boundaries
🤫 Quiet guy — a little nervous at first, but once he settled in, he started showing us more of his sweet personality

And remember: 3-3-3 is a thing! Dogs can need 3 days to decompress, 3 weeks to settle into a routine, and 3 months to truly feel at home. Barnaby just needed a little time and a comfy place to exhale. 💕

Now he’s looking for his forever home 🫶🏻

Barnaby needs an adopter who lives close to the shelter so we can continue his heartworm treatments. He’d love a mellow home with some other low-key canine roommates and a family who understands that good things take a little time.

Think Barnaby might be your guy?

We have not 1️⃣ not 2️⃣ but 3️⃣ Guinea Pigs at our shelter!

These boys all did life together, but they are fine being adopted separately 🧡

Guinea Pigs make wonderful pets. These guys already have so much personality once they got comfortable here. They make adorable little squeaks for food and love attention.

Also, google “popcorning” and guinea pigs! It’s extreme cuteness. 🥹

Please share and let’s find these boys a home!🏠
