Hello -- it is has been a few weeks since I posted last because I finally had my first surgery on anterior legs!!! 🤔. Boy I have learned a lot about how to prepare both mentally and physically for this surgery. #1 recommendation I have is to do the inner and outer work beforehand to mitigate the challenges of this surgery and the recovery that could come forward. So much to discuss which I will do in a later live. Let me know which questions you may have as there is a lot to consider but I will say this -- if it is a NO to surgery - then that is okay, if it is a maybe then I say go for it.
