Teresa Tritt, associate professor of education and director of Union University’s Educator Preparation Program, has been named dean of Union’s College of Education.
“Dr. Tritt’s devotion to students, her knowledge of how to prepare educators and her passion for ministry prepare her well to lead the College of Education in the years ahead,” Union Provost Jacob Shatzer said. “I look forward to the way she will shape and guide the academic programs, faculty, staff and students to advance our mission and prepare leaders for church and society.”
