The COFO Civil Rights Education Center

The COFO Civil Rights Education Center

Share

Open to the general public, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and Saturday by appointment only.

The COFO building, which was considered to be the "nerve center" of the Mississippi freedom struggle, continues to stand as a testament to the state's civil rights history. We would like to invite you to experience Mississippi's civil rights past, present, and future. As we continue to develop the COFO Civil Rights Education Center, it is our hope that our visitors are empowered through this enriching experience.
