It funds victim services (such as advocacy, legal assistance, and shelter), investigation, prosecution, adjudication, parole and probation, and other ways of addressing domestic and sexual violence.

The U.S. Dept of Housing & Urban Development has released the FY 2026 Continuum of Care Competition and Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program Grants NOFO.
This funding program is designed to promote a community-wide commitment to the goal of ending homelessness and to help local governments quickly rehouse individuals and families experiencing homelessness, persons experiencing trauma or a lack of safety related to, or fleeing or attempting to flee domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking, and youth experiencing homelessness while minimizing the trauma and dislocation caused by homelessness.
