TCAT Jackson - Testing Center

How do I reschedule testing at TCAT Jackson and its campuses when there is a closure for inclement weather? See the process for each testing company below.

Pearson Vue Testers will be contacted directly from Pearson Vue via the email that is on file for the candidate.

Prometric/ASE testing will be contacted via the email that is on file for the candidate.

Entrance exams for Health Occupations program testing candidates will be contacting either by phone or email directly from TCAT Jackson or both to set up another day for testing.

NCCT testing candidates will be notified directly by NCCT.

HiSET testers will be contacted directly from PSI/HiSET via the email address that is on file for the tester. If you were set up through adult education, you might want to contact them to get the status.

MeazureLearning candidates will be contacted directly through Meazure for rescheduling.

Students taking the NCRC will be contacted via email or phone directly through the testing center.

IMPORTANT NOTE: if there is ever a case where the testing center is closed due to inclement weather or any other emergency, you DO NOT have to pay for testing again.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If the school is closed, then the testing center is closed.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If the school is open, then the testing center will be open, however, if the roads are not passable in your area, do not risk getting out, but you will need to contact the testing center to let them know.

Possible Inclement Weather Alert: The TCAT Jackson Testing Center follows the same guidelines for closure as the TCAT Jackson campus follows. This means if you are scheduled for a test and the school is closed, then the testing center will be closed as well. Keep a close check on your email for rescheduling instructions in the case of a closure for inclement weather.
