Thursday, September 24th will be our first Junior High football game.
JJHS Football vs. Paducah
7th grade to kickoff at 4:30, followed by the 8th grade game at approximately 6:00.
REMINDERS:
In an effort to provide a more secure environment for our athletic programs, entry procedures have been modified at the JHS Football stadium, also known as “The Pit.” To make the process run quickly and efficiently, we wanted to provide this information before arriving at any JJHS home football game.
Before entering any gate at the JHS football field, all spectators must pass through a weapons detection system.
Here is some additional information for the JJHS Football games:
Ticket prices: $5 Adults, $3 Seniors and Kids - cash only
Weapons detectors will be set up in the concourse areas before the stadium entry gates.
*Gates open at 3:45. Gates will be located on the Event Center parking lot side of the stadium.
*Those waiting to be screened will line up on the sidewalks and/or concourse areas prior to entering the stadium.
*Once you enter the stadium, there will be no re-entry.
*Additional items that could trigger the detector: Eyeglass case, metal stadium chairs, hairspray cans, laptops, certain pocket knives, Leatherman tools, coin purse, etc.
*No backpacks or large bags will be allowed. Diaper bags are permitted for those with babies/young children, but bags will be screened.
*Personal footballs are not allowed inside the concourse or stadium at any time before or after the game.
*Once the game begins, students and spectators will not be allowed to play or gather in the open areas of the stadium or outside the gates in the concourse areas.
*Please ensure you and spectators remain seated or in the designated spectator areas inside the stadium.
