The Hindu Student Council at Cornell University aims to bring the traditions and culture of Hinduism to Ithaca! We host weekly bhajans and discussions, as well as pujas for larger Hindu holidays. ✨️Sometimes changes of plans lead to wonderful discoveries✨️
One wintry wednesday morning, the Taste Buds embarked on an early morning journey to downtown ithaca to try a place thats been on our list for months. However, the establishment's opening was unfortunately delayed due to the snow! So instead, we went to Bank Coffee for breakfast. Here is our order:
1. Covered in berries crepe (AMAZING)
2. Two Taste Buds both ordered a burrata toast (and as you can see from the photos, one of us clearly ate faster than the other!) - we noticed the burrata toast had mozarella pearls instead of actual burrata, so if youre looking for burrata specifically, it may not be the order for you.
3. Matcha latte

5. Latte
The caffeine and good vibes fueled us for a productive (and aesthetic, as you can see, hehe) day of studying!
Even though this time of year can be really hard, we hope you take care of yourself and find the small joys (like sharing tasty food with your friends!). And just like the lesson we learned that morning, sometimes when things dont go as planned (as often happens at the end of the semester), keep your chin up! Maybe you will discover something new and exciting instead!
