most prominent alumni is renowned leadership visionary Ken Blanchard '61, famous for his international best-seller, The One Minute Manager, who has helped us establish our chapter vision to become the leadership fraternity on campus, to build up leaders in the house who will then go on to achieve excellence on campus and in the greater community. Phi Gamma Delta is situated on West Campus in the historic mansion, The Oaks, once occupied by famous author E.B. The house is currently undergoing a $10 million alumni-funded renovation project to transform it into a state-of-the-art facility.
