Many ambitious empaths get stuck in overthinking, which leads to overwhelm and burnout.
Weâre taught to use our minds to solve problems. Thatâs a masculine way and not our way.
Calm, ease, confidence and clarity donât come from thinking harder.
They come from slowing down and fully engaging the body and letting the mind rest.
We find them by doing something fun, playful, and pleasurable that connects us back to ourselves.
Only then does the mind become clear, and the solutions are suddenly right in front of us.
So go doodle without trying to make anything good. Be like a child again and play.
Go roller-skate. Go ice skating. Roll in the mud. Dance for no reason.
Just stop trying harder!
Connection is built through a well-regulated nervous system.
A system with the capacity for kindness, softness, patience, compassion, and tenderness.
If you didnât consistently experience this growing up, your system may not fully feel safe being seen, heard, and known.
Because being fully seen can feel like a threat to connection.
And connection is what helped you feel safe.
So itâs only natural to struggle with authenticity and full self-expression, because both require visibility.
Healing begins when we learn how to show up for these parts of ourselves and create safe connection within.

self-doubt
lack of real confidence
Thatâs not expansion.

that feels like ease
like curiosity
like joy and not pressure.
