There was a time when I was too ashamed to sing, too afraid to use my voice, too afraid to let myself be because of my fear of judgment.
I would adjust myself and swallow my words because I didnāt want backlash.
Now I refuse to hide.
I refuse to make myself small.
I refuse to silence my voice.
Because I stopped judging parts of myself that were once rejected and hurt.
Now I love myself enough to dare to be me, even when I have fleeting moments where part of me is concerned about being judged.
But that part no longer takes over. I am able to hold this part of me lovingly enough that she can come along and have fun.
Now that I love myself enough, I choose to let my voice be heard with care and love.
Now I stand for myself with confidence and trust.
Would you dare letting yourself be heard sing?

Listen š to the end. Itās worth it.
I am celebrating our courage today, Ambitious Empaths and I invite you to do same!
We are among the most courageous people the world will ever meet.
We know what itās like to carry fear, self doubt, imposter syndrome, and moments when we wonder if we should give up.
And yetā¦
We get back up.
We keep going.
We keep showing up.
We keep loving.
We keep building.
We keep pursuing the lives and dreams that matter most to us.
Courage has never been our problem.
We donāt need to become more courageous or more fearless.
What we need is freedom from the exhausting relationship we have with ourselves while weāre being courageous.
Imagine what would be possible if we offered ourselves the same encouragement, compassion, and belief that we so freely give everyone else.
Today, letās celebrate our courage.
Not because we never feel afraid, but because fear has never stopped us from becoming who weāre here to be.
Who would you be if you absolutely loved š„° your energy and enjoyed being in your own presence for no good reason? lol š
We often think healing means becoming a better version of ourselves.
More confident.
More successful.
More healed.
More lovable.
But what if healing has never been about becoming someone else?
What if your greatest act of healing is learning to love yourself so deeply that your nervous system no longer has to brace for rejection?
That your body finally feels safe enough to soften.
Safe enough to breathe.
Safe enough to let your true voice emerge without editing, performing, or asking for permission.
Your authentic self doesnāt appear because you worked harder to become it.
It appears when you stop abandoning yourself.
That is where freedom begins.
Where in your life are you still trying to become someone else instead of coming home to yourself?
Be you.
That is where joy springs from.
Not from what you achieve.
Not from getting everything right.
But from the freedom to be unapologetically you.
You are the source of your own joy and pleasure.
The moment you stop being yourself, you remove the most important ingredient from the recipe of your lifeā¦
You.
So today, give yourself permission to be a little more you.
Laugh louder.
Dance if the music moves you.
Say what you really think.
Follow the impulse that brings you alive.
Then come back and tell meā¦
How did it feel?

I was listening to a podcast where two men were discussing what women need.
One of them said women crave non sexual touch more than anything else.
Maybe heās right.
But that wasnāt what stayed with me.
What stayed with me was this.
Why are men still telling the world what women need?
Then an even more uncomfortable question found me.
Why are so many women still waiting for someone else to tell us?
Because if I cannot tell my partner what I need without guiltā¦
If I cannot trust what my own body is trying to tell meā¦
If I silence my truth because Iām afraid of disappointing someoneā¦
Then I have already left my Queendom.
Not because someone took it from me.
Because I abandoned it.
For generations, women have been taught to become experts on everyone elseās needs while remaining strangers to their own.
We learned to read the room before we learned to read ourselves.
To sense everyone elseās emotions before we could name our own.
To make ourselves easier to love than we were willing to love ourselves.
The greatest revolution is not convincing the world to hear women.
It is women becoming so deeply devoted to themselves that they no longer need permission to speak.
Your body already knows.
Your heart already knows.
The question isā¦
When will we start trusting ourselves enough to boldly speak for ourselves?
