Being "in shape", "in condition", doesn't require anything close to weight lifting contests, marathons, ultra marathons. They mean being able to continue all physical activities that you like to enjoy when the inspiration comes to you. Biking. Hiking, rowing, skiing, scuba, diving, tennis, golf, basketball, horseback, sky diving, walking the dog for periods of time, or whatever ! It only requires a consistant workout to achieve this possibility.
