RESTORATIVE DECISION MAKING 04/16/2022

During our last virtual Circle with the Tompkins County Public Library, we discussed how to make inclusive decisions and how to invite, gather, and engage people in a decision-making process by exploring the "Six Conversations." Use this Circle Facilitator Guide with teams and organization members to explore decision-making and fair processes within your community.
I find this circle very helpful in creating space for vulnerable and courageous conversations among teams and leaders to purposefully accept an invitation to gather, explore possibility, and discuss personal experiences about restorative and inclusive decision-making.
