Shahid F. Bilal Beasley Scholarship Fund The Shahid F. Bilal Beasley Scholarship Fund Scholarship Foundation which was started in 1992 after the death of Shahid F. Bilal Beasley.

Every June, we go into an Irvington District school and present a child in 8th grade a savings bond and a high school graduate entering college or trade school a book scholarship.
