This morning we said goodbye to three incredible young ladies before they move away… Over the past couple of years, Isabella, Camila, & Sophia have put in tons of hard work, and these sisters have made their family a big part of ours too. As they continue their journey elsewhere, the destination will remain the same - these kids are headed straight to the top! We’ll miss you kiddos! 💪❤️

THAT’S A WRAP! We had such an awesome time leveling up our takedowns with Victoria “Vortex” Anthony today! Her attention to detail, energetic instruction, and genuine passion for sharing her knowledge are absolutely unmatched.

Both sessions were filled with students of all ages and experience levels, and everyone in attendance took home countless game-changing details and memories.

Thank you to everyone who was able to attend one (or BOTH!) of today’s sessions, and to the incredible Coppell Wrestling team for hosting this special opportunity for the DFW Wrestling and Jiu-Jitsu communities.
