It marks how far into the year women must work to earn what men earned in the previous year.

The gap is even wider for many women, especially women of color—but progress happens when we keep pushing for change.

Equal pay is about recognizing the value of women’s contributions across STEM and making sure opportunity, growth, and compensation move forward together.

Because when women thrive in STEM, everyone benefits!
