☆ FAQ FOR GIRLS' LEAGUE APPLICATION & INTERVIEW ☆

What do we do?
- We are trying to create a sisterhood between our members by doing activities together such as socials (bracelet making, picnics, etc.). We focus on contributions back to school and community.

What do you look for in a member?
- We're looking members that can put time and effort into the club. Those who are willing to participate is a huge plus! BE YOURSELF. We are not looking for a perfect, straight A student- just those who can contribute to a positive community!

How does this club benefit me?
- Not only will you be creating a sisterhood, you will be able to complete your community service hours as well as getting yourself out there and socializing!

What picture do we post?
- Post any picture that you believe best represents you. It can be with other people but point out which one you are. This is not to judge you on looks, but rather to "put a face on the application."

Does this club cost money?
- There will be expenses to buy all the apparel that we will have as well as winter retreat, but I swear it'll be worth it. Don't let this discourage you!

Do we put ALL our past and current activities in?
- Separate your past and current events, so we know what you have going on right now. If it doesn't affect you, don't write it.

What do we have to put if you're available for all the dates listed?
- When filling this part out, it would be nice if you also wrote if you would like it before or after school!

What song can we put?
- It should be school appropriate. Other than that, make sure it represents you as a person! Notice that this will have to do with what mood we have while going over your application.

Is the interview going to be scary?
- Don't stress out over the interview! We are just trying to get to know you better so think of it as a discussion rather than a interrogation.

Do we have to dress up for the interview?
- You don't have to, but it IS a huge plus. Dress to impress!

Who is going to be interviewing me?
- There will be all the board members there and a few teachers.

What questions will be asked during the interview?
- They will most likely be "introducing yourself" type of questions. Questions will be fairly simple; there will be typical interview questions.

How will I know if I get accepted?
- We will be sending out acceptances/ declinations during seminar in the first week of February.

DON'T BE AFRAID TO ASK US IF YOU HAVE ANY MORE QUESTIONS! We are all available via Facebook and Instagram; some on Twitter or Ask.fm! You can, of course, ask us in person as well.

Good Luck to All Applicants!
