Deeper Than Color is a team of highly skilled psychologists who work with a diverse clientele and specialize in providing social justice oriented psychotherapeutic support. We are rooted in the belief that to heal and thrive, we must acknowledge the harm caused by complex systems of oppression and the strengths that grow from our history and cultural heritage. We are a team committed to mental freedom and the happiness that comes with it. We offer virtual therapy, DEI consulting, and training, and we look to expand group wellness coaching and corporate wellness services.

POSITION:
There are openings available for psychologists who are licensed in the state of California and who have specialized experience working with diverse populations. We are looking for new team members who are highly skilled clinicians with experience providing evidence-based and culturally responsive psychotherapy to a diverse clientele. In addition, candidates should feel passionate about delivering social justice oriented psychotherapeutic support to Black people and other People of Color, as well as affirming care to QPOC communities. This part-time remote position requires a minimum of 10 hours per week, and a maximum of 23 hours per week.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Conduct a minimum of 10 direct client hours per week.
* Commit to a minimum of 2 hours per week of prevention and outreach assignments, including services such as group coaching, psychoeducational workshops, healing circles, speaking engagements, etc.
* Timely completion of notes and documentation in alignment with best practices.
* Quarterly contributions to thought leadership (i.e., blog post, article commentary, live stream, social media, etc., on a topic relevant to our target population).

COMPENSATION:
We are a private pay practice and offer competitive compensation. You will earn a percentage of your sessions, assessments, report writing, and consultation fees for all work. Enjoy a completely remote position with a flexible schedule, training, optional clinical consultation, and professional development opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Counseling or Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited institution.
* Valid license to work independently as a psychologist in California (or license eligible within one year of hire).
* No disciplinary action against your license.
* Strong desire to champion social justice in mental health.
* Competency in evidence-based treatment modalities.
* Coursework and/or supplemental training in culturally responsive models of care.
* Highly effective interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
