So this is where I have been doing in the past 9 monthsβ¦baking my own mini me π in light of , I think we need a celebratory post, and to let you know that I have not forgotten about you. I am just a bit busy doing my prenatal yoga here π§π»ββοΈ π

I push out some major tasks (things I donβt like but have to check off) to later this year ( a major procrastinator here ππ»ββοΈ) so that means that if I aim at completing (some of) them in July I will have few things to worry about in 2022.
I hope thatβs the case with you yogis for crossing the mid year line with confidence and determination!

As the summer is here, I am getting more active everyday. Before or after your walk, hike, jog, run, or climb, you can definitely use some yoga stretches for warm up or recovery to prevent injuries! Happy !! π§π»ββοΈ π π

First day of Spring 2022. What are you starting off this season? This was from our trip to where we did an amazing hike up to the top of the Tahquitz waterfall. Encourage everyone to go out and have fun in the nature if you can!

Itβs the time of the year when you can really wind down so why not? Take a few minutes to an hour, settling into some yoga poses and flow into vinyasa. You may discover a new favorite asana!
