I push out some major tasks (things I don’t like but have to check off) to later this year ( a major procrastinator here πŸ™‹πŸ»β€β™€οΈ) so that means that if I aim at completing (some of) them in July I will have few things to worry about in 2022.

I hope that’s the case with you yogis for crossing the mid year line with confidence and determination!

As the summer is here, I am getting more active everyday. Before or after your walk, hike, jog, run, or climb, you can definitely use some yoga stretches for warm up or recovery to prevent injuries! Happy !! πŸ§˜πŸ»β€β™€οΈ πŸ’‹ 🌞

First day of Spring 2022. What are you starting off this season? This was from our trip to where we did an amazing hike up to the top of the Tahquitz waterfall. Encourage everyone to go out and have fun in the nature if you can!
