Energy healing is a safe and nourishing addition to your maternity care plan.

Before pregnancy, whether you’re struggling with fertility issues or you’re preparing your body for pregnancy, energy healing can assist in preparing your womb for receiving, nourishing and supporting a joyful pregnancy.

During pregnancy, energy healing supports the body and emotions through the ups and downs of change. You’ll feel loved, supported, and cared for and so will baby!

After pregnancy, energy healing supports physical recovery and emotional well-being as you integrate into a few family dynamic.

(In my humble opinion) The journey into motherhood and parenting is one of the most fulfilling, rewarding, and challenging parts of the human experience! In addition to the obvious physical changes and demands of life, pregnant women often experience a lack of emotional support and nourishment during this monumental time. Energy healing is a wonderful supplement for the journey.

Thoughts are the seeds of your personal reality. Energy flows where attention goes. Create what you want, instead of focusing on what you dont want.

Change your thoughts. Change your mind. Change your life!

Start by gaining awareness of your current thoughts. These are likely associated with the past or your current undesirable present and they may even be negative, destructive, and untrue! Once you become aware - everytime you think one of those thoughts, toss it out! And think a new thought! One aligned with what you WANT!
Then, feel an elevated emotion in your heart space. Really feel it! Joy, love, gratitude, peace…
Marry the two - where mind and heart are now connected through elevated thought and emotion. And send it out into the field through gentle surrender. You will anchor into the vibrational match of your desired outcome. And you will begin to draw it close to you. Do this over and over again.

Just a reminder, healing is not linear. It is uncomfortable. It is hard AF. It is not for the faint of heart. It is tears and snot. It is heartache and sorrow. It takes courage.

And with each layer, you discover the magic and beauty of this journey. You find power and strength you never knew you had. You discover who you really are. And my loves, you are worth every moment of magic.

This exercise was inspired by one of my favorite mentors. We used it as a way to hold external energetic boundaries. (Also very helpful!) I have modified it to work on keeping ourselves home. 99% I am my own biggest obstacle so it’s important to know what is yours and what is another’s. There is a different quality in the energy to tune into. It takes practice and awareness to notice.

When you find yourself with uncomfortable thoughts and feelings about another person, gently call yourself home!

The life you must be most focused on is your own!
