ELMS PTO

It has been a wonderful school year! We want to thank you for your PTO membership and continued support and involvement. This year the ELMS PTO was able to:

🎉 Plan FUN activities for our students: Trick or Treat and Lucky Duck Hunt and prizes, Hang Time support, school store supplies, and treats for end of year activities
🦅 Purchase an ELMS mascot costume used at school and sporting events
🍎 Host teacher luncheons, monthly treats and gift card winners, as well as Teacher Appreciation Week activities
✅ Spirit Nights at Chick-fil-a, SportsPage, Safari Miles and more
📝 Support school activities such as rewards for reading challenges and provide kleenex and clorox to all classrooms
🌳 Begin planning for an outdoor classroom

We are excited to have new board members for the 26-27 and planning is already underway. Continue to follow us on social media for the latest updates, and please reach out with any ideas or questions. We love having new volunteers and new ideas!

We are thankful for our teachers that join PTO and show their support. They all received a Nothing Bundt Cakes last week and a few more of them received gift cards today in the raffle. Congrats to Mrs. K, Ms. Blake, Ms. Robinette, Ms. Morrison, Mrs. Shearin and Mrs. Stines.

Our teachers had a fiesta at lunch today thanks to our PTO families!

Happy Teacher Appreciation Week!! ✏️🫶🏾 Teachers, y’all are some of the loveliest members of this community and I’m so thankful for you! My life was changed by teachers who treated their classrooms like gardens, tending to each of us and helping us bloom 🌻

Classic Car Show Volunteers are needed for the 2026 Classic Car Show! This event benefits our local East Lincoln Fire Department ELF project, which in turn supports the Catawba Springs Elementary School Angel Tree.

What a week! Our teachers had a salty and sweet treat earlier in the week sponsored by PTO. Then today we had an amazing turn out at our last Hang TIme of the year. Thanks to ALL DAY Entertainment for the amazing inflatables. We really appreciate all the volunteers and donations to make these events successful for our school.

Our last Hang Time for the year is this coming Friday, April 24th afterschool until 4:30pm. $5 entry fee. We will have 3 inflatables, free popsicles, more games, music and concessions for sale for $1 or $2 a piece. Thanks for all of the donations to make this a fun event for our students.
