Creating a safe space to rest, heal & reclaim your life

Trauma-informed coach | RIM® Facilitator | Author | Survivor to Healer

Your body is not the enemy.
Easy to say, more difficult to take in when you think you’re finally free, you’ve done the hard stuff, you’re ready for joy now.

But your body isn’t letting go, it’s still needing to be heard.

It’s been proven over and over again that inner healing strengthens our immune system, decreases symptoms, and otherwise impacts physical health.

I’d love to connect if you’re in this too.

Sending love and courage,
💜Jewelle

Our first Chronic Illness Circle is June 7. 💜

Not every victory looks like a big announcement.
Some look like:
• Getting out of bed
• Sending the text you’ve avoided
• Drinking water
• Saying “no” without apologizing

Soft victories build strong lives.
Celebrate them.

The most damaging after-effect of trauma isn’t just the memory of what happened —

it’s the disconnection that follows.

Disconnection from yourself.

Disconnection from others.

Disconnection from the truth about who you are, what’s possible for you, and where you belong.

Trauma teaches you to abandon yourself long before you even realize you’re doing it.

Shame steps in. Isolation takes over.

And suddenly you’re living a life that feels smaller than your soul.

But here’s the part most people don’t know:

Reconnection is possible.

And you can have it, too.

That’s the work offer — guiding you back to:

• deeper trust in yourself

• building safety within you can tap into whenever you need it

• how to safely reconnect with the world around you

I am offering 3 complimentary consult sessions next week to help you decide your best next steps.

Everyone is unique.

Every healing path is its own.

Let me know if you’d like to schedule a time.

Sending love and courage,

💜Jewelle

Your nervous system doesn't heal in a single glance.

It heals in the quiet return. Again and again, to what was always there.

That's what RIM® is really about. You don't have to retell the story over and over. You meet yourself inside it. Gently. At your own pace. With your whole body invited to the process.

A broken mirror still reflects. The pieces may be fragmented, but your face is still in every single one of them. Trauma can shatter the way you see yourself, but it can't erase what's true about you.

Healing isn't about putting the glass back together perfectly. It's about being willing to look again 🤍

If you've been circling something you're not quite ready to face, that's okay. The mirror will wait. And when you're ready, we'll be here.

The doing keeps you safe.

From the feelings you haven’t processed.
From the conversation you keep almost having.
From the version of yourself you can sense but can’t quite reach.

So you stay busy. Productive. Needed.
And call the exhaustion the problem.

But you already know.

I’m looking for 5 women who are ready to stop managing their life from the outside and start living it from the inside.

In 30 days —

→ Sleep that actually restores you
→ A body with energy that’s yours, not borrowed
→ Decisions that come from knowing, not fear
→ Aliveness in the everyday
→ Steadiness in yourself and your relationships
→ A quiet peace that doesn’t require everything to be okay first

This isn’t about doing less.
It’s about finally letting yourself be.

5 spots. DM me READY if something in you just exhaled.

Shoutout to the ones doing double-duty healing.

If you’re not only recovering from trauma, but also carrying the chronic illness that can come from years of living in survival mode… I see you.

The fatigue, the flare-ups, the brain fog,

🤍 Especially the grief of “I used to be able to…” 🤍

And the quiet courage it takes to keep showing up anyway.

None of this means you’re broken. It means your body adapted the best way it knew how for a long time.

If you’re craving a soft place to land with people who get it—come join my Chronic Illness Support Circle.

It’s gentle, trauma-informed support for the whole you (body + nervous system + heart).

Comment CIRCLE and I’ll send you the info, or tap the link in my bio.

No commute. No getting dressed.
No pushing your body past what it has today. Just show up from wherever you are.

A space built for those of us who know what it’s like to smile through it.

The Chronic Illness Support Circle is opening June 7 — a once-a-month virtual gathering with
gentle art therapy,
a group RIM® experience,
and a private community to lean on in between.

No toxic positivity.
No “have you tried yoga.” 🙄
Just people who get it.

Monthly membership is $77. Spots are limited.

👉 DM me “CIRCLE” to get the details.

Ever wish you had a reset button?

Try this tiny and super simple sequence:

hand over heart,
slow inhale, longer exhale
remind yourself, You are safe, you are here.

This starts with one small pause.

What helps you feel safe right now?
What can I do for myself right now? (Hydrate, take a moment outside, another deep breath…)

Sending love and courage as always, Jewelle 🤍

Before every yes, there’s a checklist.

Will I have the energy? Will my body say yes, or will it need an escape plan?

Will there be water?
Should I bring a safety person just in case?

Is there a bathroom close by just in case?

Can I sit?

This isn’t overthinking. It’s wisdom your body learned the hard way.

You’re not difficult. You’re brave. And you’re not alone in this.

If you need a circle that gets it, I see you. Drop a 💜 if this speaks to you.

Sending love and courage as always,
Jewelle 💙
