The Cardinals read “Wild Feelings” today and had a visit from F***y Frog who showed up to help students practice taking deep breaths. Many of the Cardinals made up a new breath and shared it with the class. When we take a deep breath, we breathe in through our nose and blow out our mouth at least three times. Try it at home with your families!
