Urgent for All of my Dental Colleagues:
Hey Everyone! To all of my dental colleagues. If you haven't heard, Change Health, the biggest insurance claim clearing house, had a cyber incident and is completely down. They will be down for a considerable time. Because of this, you need to move your claims elsewhere ASAP or cash flow will stop from insurance payments and that's really bad. It's been down since last Tuesday, Feb 20. This means you already have 1 week with reduced cash flow if you didn't know yet. If you are using a Henry Schein One platform, you are fine, you have to do nothing as they are up and processing claims with an alternative. If you use Eaglesoft, you are 100% affected. Ping me and I can get you up and going tomorrow with processing claims with someone who is integrated, so no workflow change for your practice. For ALL other PMS solutions, you need to call your PMS provider and ask. If you are affected, ping me and I can get you up and rolling today. Hit me with any questions!
