It was really wonderful to be a part of this wedding and to hear this story of friendship firsthand. Stories and experiences like these make this hobby of mine well worth the while. Not to mention the wedding was beautiful.

"I just wanted to share my story of how Girl Scouts changed my life. I joined Girl Scouts as a Daisy and continued through high school earning both my Silver and Gold Awards along the way. The girls you see in this picture stood beside me as I said "I Do" a few weeks ago, they are also my best friends and we met through Girl Scouts. In each of our bouquets was our Girl Scouts pins from our vest, its what joined us and what we still continuously talk about. I was lucky enough that my mom was my leader and she gave us so many words of wisdom that we still use today. Girl Scouts joined us and kept us together through so many things and I am so happy that we have been friends for almost 20 years."
