Motherhood is a beautiful thing. One of the best parts is the fact mothers and motherhood looks different for everyone. It’s truly a blessing to be surrounded by strong, intelligent, passionate, caring, and loving women. It does not matter if they are blood or not. Today we ask for you to think of all the women who have blessed you or who have helped raise you in any way and thank them. Motherhood is a wonderful and communal experience.

Happy Mother’s Day to all the mothers! No matter if it’s a motherly figure, plant mom, fur mom, teacher mom, or biological mom. You all deserve an applause!!

We are 23 years old today! We are thankful to the seven women who had the courage to create an organization that created a home for so many. We are proud to be our whole selves and lucky to love one another entirely.

We wanted to let you all know we are here for you. These times are challenging but we are not alone. We are here to support one another. Whether you are a sister, family, friend, or stranger who follow our account please know we are here for you.

We are here to help our community, so feel free to reach out to us if you would like. We may be in quarantine or social distancing but that does not mean we are alone. Sending all our butterfly love to you all!

This month we celebrate Black history: past, present, & future! We're excited to begin highlighting some of our sisters this month, as they share what being Black means to them.

We encourage you to take some time today to reflect on those who are oppressed all around the world and brainstorm some action steps you can take to honor Dr. King's legacy.

Happy Birthday to us!! Today marks the Xi Upsilon chapter turning ONE! ☝🏽

In this past year we have been able to provide service and support to our community. Collaborate with our local undergraduate chapter, attend as a recognized chapter to convention, meet a national founder, receive several regional and national awards, have several sisters in regional and/or nation leadership positions, AND most importantly deepened our bond as sisters.

When we came together to create the first GAP chapter in Indiana but we also wanted to make sure we left our mark in the region and national organization. In just one year we believe to have started this butterfly effect. We can’t wait to see what else we can accomplish in the coming years!
