The hunt will start promptly at 2:15! We’ll have juice and some snacks as well.

Neighbors!
Are you wanting to get more involved with Windsor Park but don’t have much time?
Do you already have a hobby that you enjoy and would welcome neighbors to join you?
The WPNA social committee is looking for a handful of neighborhood ambassadors to help organize regular(ish) meet-ups for the neighborhood.
Think: book club, run/walk club, garden club, parent meet-up, happy hours.
Ambassadors will be paired to lead a gathering for the neighborhood. The social committee will support these efforts! This is truly meant to be fun, light, and not complicated.

🍔 This is a pitch-in! WPNA will be serving up hamburgers, hot dogs, and a veggie option. Bring along a side or dessert to share if you can!
🍻 Some of our awesome neighborhood spots are donating adult beverages. Supplies are limited, so feel free to pack a cooler with your favorites.
💧 We’ve got water covered. Want other drinks (non-alcoholic or otherwise)? Toss those in your cooler too!
🪑 We’ll have tables and chairs set up in the street, but bringing your own chair for hanging out in the park is encouraged.

Come out and meet your community over cocktails and mocktails while supporting a beloved neighborhood business. 8th Day is 21+, but order drinks to-go and enjoy them across the street in Fletcher Park. Have ideas for how to make Windsor Park a more beautiful place, or just want to get involved in gardening and cleaning up? Join our Beautification Committee’s first meeting of the year! We will elect the committee chair, discuss goals for the year, and start planning beautification projects for 2025.
The meeting will be upstairs at Kan-Kan, from 6:30pm – 7:30pm on January 15. Meeting notes will be published online afterwards.

Platted in the early to mid 1880’s, Windsor Park is considered one of Indianapolis’ first streetcar suburbs. Being located on the near eastside of downtown, our neighborhood is just minutes away from all that Indianapolis has to offer. Home to a historic Carnegie Library, the Prosser Home, the Thompson-Mesker Cottage, the Whittier School, The Pogue’s Run Trail and Spades Park (part of the historic George Kessler Park & Boulevard System).
