It’s 2024. Some villages are small some don’t exist at all. It doesn’t take much to help a new parent.
Simple ways to help:
✨share a drink (warm or cold) and conversation
✨make a simple meal for the family (especially if family has other kids, this is one less thing to think about for parents)
✨offer to wash/clean something- this one may be harder to do but it can mean the world for a family trying to get all the things done. ✅

I love being able to expand on children’s interests. I’m able to modify my lessons to feed those interests. This is our 15 month old completely engaged in this spider book. ♥️
There’s just a magic that happens when children love reading. What book are you enjoying?

Growing up I was always encouraged to have shoes on my feet. Perhaps my parents did this as children for safety reasons  but as I have gotten older I have witnessed the importance of walking barefoot. Granted this is not for everyone but I feel that as I raise my little ones in the city I want them to recall the mud between their feet and the smell of dirt from a great rain. Because those memories last a lifetime ☀️
