Complete transparency - I was like whoa check out my butt‼️🤷🏼♀️🤣 - as i caught a glimpse walking passed the mirror
So many times you walk by a mirror, but how often do you admire yourself or ACTUALLY see yourself for YOU and who you are?
❌Not for how much your arm jiggles when you stop
❌Not for how far you have to go
❌Not for guilt you feel because you missed a day
❌Not for the shame that kicks in because you haven’t reached your goal
❌Not becuase you “shouldn’t have eaten that food”
❌Not for beating yourself up because you feel like a failure for stating over “AGAIN”
BUT INSTEAD…

💥For not giving up on yourself
💥For loving yourself as deep as you do everyone else
💥For showing up when you went motivated
