Imagination Campus is looking for a safe, dependable, patient, responsible, and professional Bus Driver to join our team!

Our drivers are more than transportation—they are often the first and last Imagination Campus team member our children see each day. We need someone who understands that getting our children to and from school SAFELY and ON TIME is a major responsibility.

🚌 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
• Dependable and punctual—attendance is extremely important
• Comfortable transporting children of various ages
• Patient, calm, attentive, and safety-focused
• Able to follow established routes and schedules
• Conduct vehicle safety checks before and after routes
• Ensure every child is properly secured before the vehicle moves
• Complete required child counts and vehicle checks after EVERY route
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle
• Communicate professionally with parents, school staff, and administration
• Follow all Imagination Campus transportation, licensing, and safety procedures
• Must successfully complete required background checks and trainings

❤️ THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THIS POSITION:

We need someone who takes transportation safety seriously. You must be alert, responsible, organized, and understand that there is ZERO room for shortcuts when transporting children.

You should be able to manage children calmly while driving, maintain professional boundaries, follow directions, and communicate immediately if there are delays, vehicle concerns, behavioral issues, or emergencies.

Reliability is NON-NEGOTIABLE. Our children, families, and schools depend on our transportation team every single day.

Imagination Campus is looking for a loving, energetic, patient, dependable, and STRUCTURED Toddler Teacher to join our team!

Toddlerhood is busy, messy, emotional, hilarious, and full of HUGE developmental milestones. ❤️ We’re not looking for someone to simply “watch” children—we’re looking for an educator who understands how important these early years are.

Our toddlers need someone who can provide LOVE + STRUCTURE while helping them develop language, independence, confidence, social-emotional skills, routines, and a genuine love for learning.

📚 QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous childcare/toddler experience is preferred, and a CDA is a plus! Candidates must meet Indiana childcare licensing requirements and successfully complete required background checks and trainings.
