📚💙 Today, we gather in community.

Our hearts are with the families and neighbors across Central Indiana who have been impacted by this weekend’s severe flooding. As our community begins to recover, we’re especially grateful for the opportunity to come together, support one another, and provide a little joy and care for our young people.

With weather conditions improving, today’s Belmont Beach Back to School Bash will continue as planned from 3–6 PM. 🎒

We’ll have free backpacks and school supplies, youth activities, food, music, line dancing, face painting, snow cones and more. Come spend the afternoon with us, pick up what your family needs, and enjoy some fellowship with neighbors and friends.

⚠️ Please note: Because of recent flooding and elevated river conditions, we ask all guests to stay away from the river and water’s edge during today’s event. Activities will take place safely away from the water.

Join us on Sunday, August 16, from 3–6 PM for a free family-friendly event featuring backpacks, youth activities, food, music, line dancing, face painting, snow cones, and so much more.

Your team helped repaint our stage and trailer, making the space look fresh and ready for the rest of the season. We truly appreciate your willingness to serve and invest in our community.

🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️ Let's support our IRCC member Broadway UMC as they team up with Friends of Belmont Beach for a great cause!

Two ways to make a difference:
🎨 Volunteer to Paint — Friday, July 24th, 9:00am-4:00pm at Belmont Beach. Wear light, comfortable clothing and bring plenty of water and sunscreen. To sign up, email [email protected] or [email protected].

🎒 Donate School Supplies — Help fill a backpack for a student in need! Drop off supplies at Broadway's Main Office before August 15th (see flyer for the full list of needed items).

Thank you, Broadway United Methodist Church, for creating space for our community to give back. Let's show up for Belmont Beach! 🌈

Safety First! Today’s Yoga session will be postponed to a later date 🧘🏾‍♀️ The Indiana Department of Environmental Management recommends taking it easy outside and limiting outdoor exposure today, especially if you have asthma or allergies. We want you to breathe easy. So - we will see you at the next session!
