SAT Testing Update

Jay County Jr - Sr High School will test all Juniors on Tuesday, March 10, 2026. Staff and Students have been updated on testing room. Students should report to testing rooms with a fully charged school issued Chromebook by 8:15 am on March 10.

We have been assured that the issue that delayed testing on our original date has been resolved by the College Board.

📝 SAT School Day is Tomorrow!
Attention Patriots! Tomorrow, March 3, 2026, all juniors at Jay County Jr-Sr High School will be taking the SAT during the school day. This is a great opportunity to showcase your hard work and take a major step toward your post-graduation goals.

🕒 The Game Plan:
Arrival: Be in your testing room promptly at the start of the first bell.

Devices: Ensure your school-issued laptop is fully charged tonight. Bring your charger just in case! ALL other Electronic Devices must remain in your locker while testing (Cell Phones, Smart Phone, etc...).

Essentials: A couple of No. 2 pencils (for scratch work).

💡 Pro-Tips for Success:
Fuel Up: Eat a healthy breakfast in the morning.

Rest Up: Aim for 8 hours of sleep tonight—your brain will thank you!

Stay Calm: You’ve been preparing for this. Take a deep breath and do your best!

College Goal Sunday, Indiana’s largest FAFSA filing event, will be held Sunday, February 22nd, 2026 from 2 – 4pm (Local Time). FAFSA filing experts from across Indiana will be available during the event to help all attendees with filing their FAFSA.

On February 22nd anyone wishing to file their FAFSA with free expert help needs to visit one of the College Goal Sunday locations across Indiana for FREE in-person help completing the form.

We look forward to seeing Hoosier families from all across Indiana as College Goal Sunday continues its 37th year!
