We had a great event today to celebrate Cesar Chavez birthday and his legacy of community service and volunteerism. Thanks to everyone involved! Special thanks to the WOU students who volunteered there time to come talk about their volunteer experiences! Pictures coming soon and more info about our next event coming soon!

¡Hemos estado muy ocupados planeando nuestros próximos eventos del Comite de Padres Latinos! Vamos a celebrar el cumpleaños de Cesar E. Chavez a finales de Marzo y llevaremos a cabo un evento de noche de familia con algunos invitados maravillosos en Abril. ¡Estaremos publicando mas detalles pronto!

We have been very busy planning our upcoming Latino PAC events! We will be celebrating Cesar E. Chavez' birthday at the end of March and we will be holding a family night event with some great guests in April. We will be posting some more updates soon!

Estamos muy orgullos de los estudiantes que pasaron la Evaluación de Domonio del Idioma Inglés y fueron honrados hoy cuando salieron del programa ELD!

Nuestro segundo gran evento de Noche De Familias se llevara a cabo esta tarde! Estamos muy emocionados y los esperamos a ver a todos! La cena empieza a las 5:30p en la cafteria de Central High School!

Our second major Latino Family Night Event will take place this afternoon! We are very excited and hope to see you all there! Dinner starts at 5:30p in Central High School's cafeteria!

Mañana vamos a tener una fiesta de teléfono para invitar a la communidad Latina a nuestro evento el próximo Martes. Hay más de 1000 estudiantes clasificados como Latinos en el distrito, eso significa que haremos más de 1000 llamadas de teléfono! Estaremos trabajando duro! : D

Tomorrow we will have a phone party to invite the Latino community to our event next Tuesday. There are over 1000 students classified as Latino in the district- that's over 1000 phone calls! We'll be hard at work! : D

We have been planning this event for over a month! We are beyond excited! We will have a delicious dinner prepared by San Antonio and have special guests from the Salem/Keizer Coalition for Equality. Spread the word! We expect to double, if not triple, the audience we had at our February Latino Family Night! Have a great weekend!
