Thank you, Kayla Beaty, for sharing your wonderful career as a Delta Flight Attendant with my Career Prep classes. The Sky is the Limit!!

Just a few things students have been doing in preparing for our mock interviews.
Shaking hands seem so trivial but it never hurts to practice !!
Another skill is to practice tying a tie!! Even with the options of clip on or zipper ties, having the skill to tie it yourself is priceless.
Thank you to SRO Pickett, Principal Newsome and Coach Hannah for demonstrating.

This week the Hornets travel to Cedar Bluff to take on the Tigers. See you Friday !!

A small group of Ider FBLA visited Talladega SuperSpeedway Thursday, September 17th. They had the opportunity to listen and talk with business leaders from NASCAR about their career choice, participate in a marketing competition and mock interview and take a lap around the track. What an experience!!

Friday nights in Ider are about more than football.

They’re about the lights.
The crowd.
The tradition.
The sound of the band filling the stadium.

Our Ider Hornets Golden Band of Pride brings the energy, pride, and spirit that make Friday nights special. We’re proud of every student who puts in the work to represent Ider.

One Town. One Ider.

🎶 Thank you, Ider Band, for bringing the pride!
