Development that translates to the next level. 📈⚽
We’re incredibly proud to have played a part in Rylie’s journey and development into a Power 4 Division I athlete at the University of Michigan.
For us, player development has never just been about running sessions. It’s about building relationships, setting standards, challenging players and giving them the tools to keep progressing long after they leave the field.
Rylie is a great example of what happens when talent is matched with consistency, ambition and a willingness to be coached.
Thank you for the kind words, Rylie. Keep raising the standard. 💪
Intentional Development. Real Relationships. Higher Standards.

🚨 NEW SIGNING | WELCOME TO OCH 🚨
Another young player choosing to invest in their development. 📈⚽
At OCH Performance, we believe player development is about more than what happens with the ball.
It’s about building confidence. Developing discipline. Learning to compete. Being challenged. And becoming comfortable stepping outside your comfort zone. Our job is to create an environment where young players can DEVELOP. PERFORM. BELONG.
We’re excited to welcome another player into that environment and be part of the journey ahead.
Welcome to the OCH family.

GOING TO COLLEGE 🎓⚽
A huge congratulations to one of our own, Hannah, on officially committing to The University of Rio Grande! 👏
After weighing up her options, Hannah has made her decision and we couldn’t be prouder to see her take the next step in her soccer journey.
The work doesn’t stop here. We’re excited to continue working with Hannah and helping her prepare so that when she arrives at Rio Grande, she’s in the best possible position to compete, perform and make an impact from day one. 💪
Congratulations, Hannah — you’ve earned this opportunity! 🧡💙

From college soccer to the professional game. 📈⚽
We had the privilege of working with Kajsa Ekstrom during her time at Marshall, and today she's continuing her career at the professional level with Eskilstuna United.
Technical detail. Tactical understanding. Confidence. Standards.
Those are the areas we believe separate simply training from player development — and the same principles we've used with players at the highest levels of the game are what we bring to OCH every day.
Hearing Kajsa speak about the impact of that work means a lot.
The standard doesn't change depending on the player. The goal is always development.
Thank you, Kajsa — and keep pushing. 👏⚽

Coaching isn’t about shouting instructions.
It’s about asking better questions, building understanding, and helping players solve problems for themselves.
That’s how confidence is built.
