“I've been absolutely terrified every moment of my life and I've never let it keep me from a single thing that I wanted to do.”
— Georgia O'Keeffe
Leadership isn't the absence of fear. More often, it's taking the next step while fear rides along beside you.
Don't wait for confidence to arrive first. Take the next step and let confidence catch up. What's one bold move you're making this week?

This weekend, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. Monday is a day of reflection, gratitude, and remembrance for those who made the ultimate sacrifice and for the families who carry that loss every day.
From all of us at the WEDC, we remember and honor their service.
