After speaking directly with the Director of Madison County Department of Human Resources, we would like to clarify that Kidz Excel CDC has never been under investigation regarding the allegations involving Ms. Eunique Nelson and her child.

While there is currently an open investigation by DHR, we have been informed that the investigation does not involve the daycare. Additionally, the Huntsville Police Department has stated that the daycare did not have any involvement.

As a childcare center, the safety, well-being, and protection of every child in our care will always remain our top priority. We take matters involving children very seriously and will continue to cooperate fully with the appropriate authorities whenever necessary.

During this difficult time, our thoughts and prayers are with Ms. Nelson and her family as they navigate this heartbreaking situation. We pray for healing, strength, guidance, and peace for everyone involved.

We sincerely appreciate the continued prayers, support, and encouragement from our families, community, and supporters.

Kidz Excel Child Development Center is aware of the video and statements currently circulating on social media regarding allegations involving a child enrolled at our facility. We understand the concern this situation has caused within our community, and we want to assure parents, families, and supporters that the safety, care, and well-being of every child entrusted to us remains our highest priority.
At this time, there is an active and ongoing investigation into the matter by the appropriate authorities. Because the investigation is still pending, we are limited in what we can publicly discuss at this time. However, we are fully cooperating with all agencies involved and remain committed to transparency and professionalism throughout this process.

We kindly ask the public to refrain from spreading misinformation, speculation, or unverified statements while the investigation is being conducted. False allegations and misleading information can be harmful not only to our center and staff, but also to the families and children involved.

Kidz Excel has proudly served families in our community with care, compassion, and dedication, and we sincerely appreciate the continued prayers, patience, and support from those who know our heart and commitment to children. We will provide additional updates when appropriate and permitted.
