Junior Achievement serving Huntington County JA is dedicated to educating students about work readiness, entrepreneurship and financial literacy through experiential, hands-on programs.

Junior Achievement programs help prepare young people for the real world by showing them how to generate wealth and effectively manage it, how to create jobs which make their communities more robust, and how to apply entrepreneurial thinking to the workplace. Students put these lessons into action, and help strengthen their communities.

On November 3-4, students at JA JobSpark® will explore careers in our Architecture, Engineering & Construction cluster and discover how these industries shape the communities where we live, work, and grow.

On November 3-4, students from across our region will experience JA JobSpark® and explore careers in our Advanced Manufacturing, Engineering & Logistics cluster.

Manufacturing is a driving force in Northeast Indiana's economy, and JA JobSpark helps connect students with the companies, technologies, and career pathways that keep our local industry strong. Through hands-on experiences and conversations with professionals, students gain a firsthand look at the rewarding opportunities available right here in their communities.
