We’re proud to celebrate this dynamic group of emerging civic and business leaders who just completed the Robert Mayer Leadership Academy!

Over the past nine months, these professionals have explored Huntington Beach’s local government, public safety, education, and business landscape—gaining tools in leadership, collaboration, and community impact.

Through hands-on learning and a meaningful class projects, they’ve shown vision, integrity, and a commitment to building a better community of leaders. This class leaves a lasting mark and we can’t wait to see how they shape the future! 🎓

Come together with the RMLA Class of 2025 and help make their project a success! This year, their goal is to raise $4,000 by May 21st to bring their vision to life. Every contribution, big or small, helps!

This month RMLA visited Blue-White Industries, makers of equipment for treating water, headquartered in Huntington Beach. Thank you Rob Gledhill (CEO) for the VIP tour! It was nice to get out for an in-person activity!

RMLA Annual Alumni Reception! Classmates from 2005 to 2020 reunited and students from this year’s class shared their Class Legacy Projects. All wonderful contributions to the community! Class of 2021 was also introduced. Thank you Hilton Waterfront Beach Resort for creating a beautiful small outdoor event for us!

Public Safety Day was amazing! Thank you HBPD & HBFD for all you do to keep the city safe! The students enjoyed the drone demo and learning about the police & fire department. We even took a walk to and toured their beautiful office!

Environmental Day was so much fun! Thank you to our speakers representing HB Conservancy, Wetlands & Wildlife Care Center, City Hall, Republic Waste Management, Vegware & Linda Sparks for the inspiration!
