Simply put, we have many systems in our bodies - muscular, skeletal, digestive, etc - we also have several energetic systems. When we pay attention to all systems, our physical bodies then address all ailments easier and we are more open to embrace our best selves. I have enjoyed seeing clients excel in their pursuits in business, relationships and in all aspects of life.

I’ve been asked to share more photos of Temples. Here’s some of the gorgeous Orem Temple where my grandson was married and sealed to his beautiful bride, my 1st granddaughter! Upon entering the Temple, you present your Recommend at the front desk. The Baptismal font is perched on the backs of oxen symbolizing the 12 Tribes of Israel. Also pictured is a Sealing Room where people are both married and sealed for all eternity by the power and authority of the Holy Priesthood.

In working in the Temple each week as an Ordinance Worker, I am privileged to feel the importance of those sacred ordinances and feel the love of the Lord more intensely within the walls of the Temple. It’s the focus of my entire week. Today I’m thrilled to tears to learn of another 15 Temples announced! President Nelson confirmed that no man knows of the time of the 2nd Coming of Christ, but he has been urged to encourage us to prepare for this blessed event. There’s no better way to prepare than to spend time in the Temple!!

Since we’ve been counting steps, it’s been easier to get more walking in. We usually strive for 6k, but today was an exception!! Walking at least 6k steps has helped us feel better with more energy than ever before! Geoff’s doc said he had to learn to live with certain chest pain, but that’s gone now, too! Thanks Kristi for the advice and encouragement!!
