HBHS Marching band would like say a great big Thank You to my friends Lisa and Dino Ferraro at Capone’s for donating a delicious spread of pasta bolognese and garlic bread last week during band camp! The loved it and devoured it fast! We so much appreciate it! Please support Capones as they are a pillar of our community, family owned and operated and giving back out of the kindness of their hearts and kitchens!!! Thanks again Lisa, Dino and Capones!!!!

We hosted our annual HBHS Marching Band Rookie Day yesterday and we had a blast welcoming all of our new rookies into our amazing band program! We started out with our amazing volunteer team at 8 am with donuts! We headed an out to kidnap our rookies at 8:30 and then headed to Fountain Bowl for a great day of team building with 2 games of serious competition! Rookie shirts were made by our amazing leadership team and bonding was in full effect! Jaden Lee, our band president is a rock star! All of our leadership really showed up for our new kids! After bowling we headed to the beach for our team building beach party with team building games, pizza and snacks followed up by a family bonfire with smores! It was an amazing day and we absolutely loved meeting all of our new band kids and band families!

Come check out our first home football game of the season this Thursday Night at HBHS!!!! Our marching band has been working very hard in this heatwave to get ready to strut their stuff! They sound amazing so come out and support your favorite marching band!!!!

Hello Oiler Families! Band Camp is just around the corner! We can’t wait to get back on the field and strut our stuff! We look forward to meeting all of our new and incoming band mates as well as our returning friends and families! It’s going to be an extraordinary year and we have many amazing events planned for the 26-27 HBHS school year!!!
