New Member Monday – Welcome to NACE Philly, Carmina Purtell!

Carmina Purtell serves as the Director of Events at Lancaster Country Club, where she oversees the planning and ex*****on of both member and private events. She manages client relationships, collaborates closely with culinary and service teams, and ensures every event is delivered with exceptional service and attention to detail.

Carmina began her hospitality career as an international Food & Beverage intern in 2013 after graduating in the Philippines. In 2016, she returned for a second internship as an F&B Manager, an opportunity that led to a full-time role focused on banquet operations. Through that experience, she discovered her passion for event planning and creating memorable experiences for members and guests alike.

Working within the country club environment has also strengthened Carmina’s appreciation for building meaningful relationships and fostering a sense of community. Her dedication to hospitality, service excellence, and creating unforgettable events makes her a wonderful addition to the NACE Philly family.
