What’s up guys, it’s Ben again and I heard that you all went back to school this week.

I’m still living my best life and enjoying summer break! 😎 I’ve got my broski Raider to hang out with, an all-you-can-eat round bale buffet, and absolutely ZERO homework. 🙌

Because I’m feeling generous, here’s my reaction when Mom told me that everyone had to go back to school and learn something new. 🤣🤣

HAHA! In case you couldn’t tell, I’m laughing at all of you. Sorry not sorry. 🤷‍♀️

Enjoy school, kids! I’ll be over here eating hay and doing what I want. 😌🌾

We know school is going to be here before we know it!

WOAH GUYS… I’m sorry, but I think the horses must have gotten ahold of my phone over the last few days! They apparently decided they wanted to take over the CSE page and tell you all about themselves.

Honestly, I’m just glad they behaved themselves long enough to share their good pictures with you! BUT… I did promise you all some bloopers, and a promise is a promise! So here they are. 🤣

And don’t worry, if you actually enjoyed hearing what the horses had to say about their pictures over the last few days… they told me exactly what they wanted me to tell you about each photo. 😅 Apparently, when you have horses with this much personality, they have opinions about EVERYTHING.

Hey y’all! Raider here! 👋🏼

I’m still getting used to this whole new place. I mean, I am the newest member of this very odd crew, so I’m still figuring out how everything works around here. I was hanging out by myself for a while, but now I have a new bro, Ben, living with me.

Most of the time, he’s pretty cool. Sometimes he plays with me, which is awesome! But other times…well…he’s kind of rude. 😅 I know I’m supposed to respect my elders and all, but that guy can be pretty pushy sometimes.

Like, sometimes I just want to eat. That’s it. Just peacefully eat my grass.

But then Ben decides it’s time to be wild and crazy and run around everywhere. Dude, I was eating. What is wrong with you?! 😂

Anyway, yesterday was REALLY weird.

Mom gave me a bath, which was actually pretty nice, and then she spent FOREVER braiding my hair. I’m not sure why it took so long, but I figured she must be making me look extra handsome. Then she put this weird sheet thing on me. 🤨

Naturally, I tried to take it off myself. That thing was TOUGH.

Eventually, I decided I kind of liked it. The flies weren’t biting me nearly as much, so honestly…

8/10. Would try again. ⭐️

Then today, Mom got ALL of us out together. She’s never done that before, so obviously I got a little excited and couldn’t contain myself from speed walking. There were so many new things happening! Not only were we going to a different part of the farm, but then…

THERE WAS A GIRL. 👀💕

I thought she was pretty, but Ben told me I didn’t have a chance. Rude. So I decided my best strategy was to just keep staring at her until she noticed me.

And guess what?

SHE DID. 😎

…Then she yelled at me. 😳

Okay, fine. Maybe I don’t need a lady friend after all. I’m perfectly happy being a handsome, goofy boy with my okay brother Ben.

But I did try to look nice for my pictures! I think I mostly ended up looking goofy, which, to be fair, is pretty accurate. But I’m also a VERY handsome boy. Mom tells me I’m one of the prettiest boys ever, and I’m pretty sure these pictures are proving her point.

So apparently Mom decided yesterday that I needed to stay clean for pictures today. And obviously, my response was, “Absolutely not.” Like…have you seen me?! You can’t just expect to keep all of this contained. Who do you think you are?! I do what I want. 💁‍♂️

Mom even tried putting this ridiculous thing on me that basically made it impossible for me to get mud on myself. It covered my whole face, bro. My WHOLE FACE. 😳 I figured, fine, Mom. Whatever. I’ll play along.

Then she left.

Joke’s on her. 😂

I got that thing off my head, and when she came back, she decided she was done playing games and took it off. But apparently she thought she could walk away for five whole minutes and I would just stand there and stay clean.

Has this woman learned NOTHING about me?! 🤦‍♂️

Anyway, she eventually managed to get me mostly clean for these dumb pictures today. The whole time, I was just trying to eat some grass. A guy has a beautiful figure to maintain, you know.

But NOOOO. Mom wouldn’t let me eat and had the audacity to tell me to put my ears up and “look nice.” 🙄

Fine. I gave her a few good pictures with my ears up because I’m generous like that.

I don’t care what Oakie says, Raider and I definitely stole the show. She can have her “perfect” little moment, but everyone knows the boys are where it’s at. Just wait until you see our broski pictures, absolute perfection.😏🐴

Hey everyone! Oakie here, taking over the phone for a minute.

As you all know, I’m obviously the star of the show. I do enjoy all the small people Mom brings over. They’re pretty entertaining, and I can usually convince at least a few of them to give me treats, so I’d say we have a pretty good arrangement.

Mom is always telling everyone that I’m old. 🙄 I prefer to use the term wise. There’s a big difference, and frankly, I think everyone could learn a thing or two from a wise gal like me.

I’ve also been hearing Mom say that I’m grumpy. Excuse me?! I am not grumpy. I simply know what I want, when I want it, and sometimes what I want is to stop working and be lazy. Is that really too much to ask? I’m a wise gal—I have standards. 💁🏼‍♀️

Mom told me before pictures that I needed to behave better than the boys. Honestly, it wasn’t very difficult. Someone has to set a good example around here, and clearly, that someone is me. 😌

As you can see, I’m perfect. No further questions at this time.

Although we weren’t quite sure if Mother Nature was going to cooperate with us today, we got it done!

If you didn’t guess why all the ponies needed to be squeaky clean, we updated our CSE headshots! 🤩✨

The difference between how Ben went to bed last night… and how Benjamin decided to wake up this morning. He doesn’t like being clean, and took matters into his own hooves to start taking off his protective layer🤦‍♀️🤣

All of the horses over here at CSE got a much-needed bath, their manes and tails braided, and even got their sheets put on!

Which can only mean one thing… they need to be CLEAN for something tomorrow! 👀
