Human Judgment Is Becoming the Competitive Advantage**

**AI can help us work faster.**

It can summarize reports.

Generate ideas.

Analyze large amounts of information.

But one thing hasn't changed:

**People still make the decisions that matter most.**

The organizations that will thrive in the AI era won't simply be the ones with the newest technology.

They'll be the ones that combine AI with human judgment, ethical leadership, and thoughtful communication.

Technology should enhance our expertise—not replace it.

That's why I believe the future belongs to leaders who know how to ask better questions, evaluate information carefully, and use AI with purpose.

Human judgment isn't becoming less valuable because of AI.

It's becoming more valuable.

AI and Misinformation Continue to Raise Concerns**

**When was the last time you questioned something AI generated?**

As AI becomes better at creating realistic text, images, audio, and video, one skill is becoming increasingly valuable:

**Verification.**

Just because something looks convincing doesn't mean it's accurate.

That's why communication professionals, educators, journalists, and organizational leaders have an important responsibility—not only to use AI wisely, but also to help others think critically about the information they consume.

Trust is built one decision at a time.

Every time we verify a source, question a claim, or choose accuracy over speed, we strengthen that trust.

AI is an incredible tool.

But it's our judgment that determines how responsibly it's used.

If you'd like practical insights on responsible AI, communication, and leadership, I'd love to continue the conversation through my articles, workshops, and resources.

AI Literacy Is Becoming a Leadership Skill**

**Knowing how to use AI isn't enough anymore.**

The real advantage comes from understanding **how to think with AI.**

Many organizations are investing in AI tools, but they're overlooking one of the most important skills of all: **AI literacy.**

AI literacy isn't about becoming a programmer or learning every new platform. It's about understanding:

✔ When AI can help

✔ When human judgment is essential

✔ How to ask better questions

✔ How to recognize inaccurate or biased information

These are leadership skills that every organization will need moving forward.

The most successful teams won't simply be the ones using AI the most. They'll be the ones using it thoughtfully, ethically, and with confidence.

If you're helping your team prepare for the future of work, AI literacy is one of the best investments you can make.

AI Is Transforming Journalism and News

**Will AI replace journalists?**

It's a question I hear often.

My answer is:

No—but it will change how journalism is practiced.**

AI is already helping journalists research stories, summarize information, and speed up routine tasks.

But technology can't replace curiosity.

It can't replace ethical decision-making.

And it certainly can't replace the responsibility that comes with verifying facts before sharing them.

Those same principles apply beyond journalism.

Every organization creating content today has a responsibility to communicate accurately and thoughtfully.

AI should strengthen our work—not replace our expertise.

As we continue exploring what's possible with AI, let's also remember the human skills that make communication meaningful.

Trust Is Becoming AI's Biggest Challenge**

**AI can write faster than ever.**

But can people trust what it produces?

That's becoming one of the biggest questions in the AI era.

As AI-generated content becomes more common, organizations aren't just competing on speed anymore.

They're competing on **credibility.**

People want information they can trust.

They want transparency.

They want leaders who know when to rely on AI and when human judgment matters most.

That's why I believe trust isn't something AI creates.

It's something people earn.

Whether you're leading a communications team, teaching students, or helping an organization navigate AI, credibility will continue to be one of your greatest strengths.

Let's make sure we build AI systems that support trust instead of replacing it.

If you'd like more practical insights on AI, communication, and responsible leadership, I'd love to share more through my workshops, articles, and resources.

AI Governance Is Moving to the Top of the Agenda**

**AI is moving fast. Is your organization ready?**

This week, AI governance has become one of the biggest conversations in technology.

Governments and leading AI companies are discussing how AI should be developed and used responsibly. But this isn't just a conversation for policymakers.

It's a conversation every organization should be having.

The question isn't simply, **"Which AI tool should we use?"**

It's:

• How do we use AI responsibly?
• How do we protect trust?
• How do we make sure people remain at the center of important decisions?

AI is changing the way we work, communicate, and lead. Organizations that create clear guidelines today will be better prepared for tomorrow.

That's why I spend my time helping communication leaders, educators, and organizations understand not only what AI can do—but how to use it wisely.

**AI Is Talking About Your Organization. But Is It Getting the Story Right?**

Many organizations are excited to see their name appear in AI-generated answers.

But here's a question worth asking:

**Is AI telling the right story about your organization?**

As more people rely on AI assistants like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude, these systems are becoming a new source of information about businesses, universities, nonprofits, and institutions.

The challenge is that AI doesn't always provide complete or accurate information.

It may rely on outdated content, miss important context, or misunderstand what makes your organization unique.

That's why communication leaders need to think beyond visibility.

Accuracy, trust, and clarity matter just as much.

As a journalist and AI educator, I help organizations understand how AI is changing communication and what they can do to protect and strengthen their reputation.

I offer:

✅ 1-hour sessions

✅ 2-hour workshops

✅ Half-day workshops

✅ Full-day workshops

✅ Webinars and speaking engagements

Workshop topics include:

• AI Visibility

• Brand Reputation in AI

• Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)

• Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)

• Journalism, Trust & AI

• Practical AI Workflows

If you'd like to prepare your team for the future of AI-powered communication, I'd love to work with you.

**AI Search Visibility Is Becoming a Boardroom Conversation**

Organizations are asking a new set of questions.

Not...

*"How do we rank higher on Google?"*

But...

✔ Does ChatGPT mention us?

✔ Does Gemini understand what we do?

✔ Does Claude accurately represent our expertise?

✔ How can we improve our AI visibility?

As AI changes how people search for information, communication leaders are realizing that visibility is no longer just about search rankings.

It's about whether AI systems recognize your expertise as credible, trustworthy, and worth recommending.

This is becoming one of the most important conversations for organizations, universities, communication teams, and media professionals.

As a journalist and AI educator, I help teams understand how AI is reshaping visibility, trust, and communication through practical workshops and training.

I offer:

• 1-hour sessions

• 2-hour workshops

• Half-day workshops

• Full-day workshops

• Webinars and speaking engagements

Topics include AI Visibility, AEO, GEO, Journalism & Trust, and Practical AI Workflows.

Many organizations have spent years improving their Google rankings.

But AI has changed how people discover information.

Today, people are asking ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and other AI assistants for recommendations, explanations, and trusted sources.

That means being visible on Google doesn't automatically mean your organization will be visible in AI.

The real question is:

Does AI understand your expertise well enough to recommend it?

This shift affects communication teams, universities, journalists, nonprofits, businesses, and organizations of every size.

Understanding AI visibility is becoming just as important as understanding SEO.

If your team is trying to make sense of these changes, I can help.

I provide:

✅ 1-hour workshops

✅ 2-hour workshops

✅ Half-day workshops

✅ Full-day workshops

✅ Webinars

Together, we can explore topics like:

• AI Visibility

• Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)

• Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)

• Practical AI workflows

• Journalism, trust, and AI

• Communication strategies for the AI era

**Can You Still Trust What AI Tells You?**

AI is changing the way we find information, write content, and make decisions. But this week's headlines around AI copyright disputes, publisher lawsuits, and misinformation remind us of something technology can't replace:

**Trust.**

AI can generate information in seconds, but it can't apply human judgment, ethics, or critical thinking.

Whether you're leading a team, teaching others, or communicating on behalf of an organization, your ability to evaluate information and make informed decisions has never been more valuable.

That's why my workshops focus on more than AI tools. I help communication leaders, educators, and professionals understand how to use AI responsibly while maintaining credibility and trust.

If you're ready to navigate AI with confidence, I'd love to help.
