My shop, Ted & Lucy, is named after my great-grandparents who came to West Michigan from the Netherlands. Lucy was a sunday-school teacher and Ted loved to do wood carving and make birdhouses. My grandfather (their son) made boats for a local company and his two sons (my dad & uncle) are carpenters. So I have a long generation of crafters, all starting with Ted & Lucy. I just love when a customer gives me some "artistic liberty" ... here are two I shipped this week. Greyson had a monster bedroom and Calleigh has the owl bedding from Target. Both customers LOVED them! :) And here is a picture of Calleigh's in her crib.

Beneath the Tree is this weekend! If you've never been to it YOU SHOULD! It's a Parade of Home style event where you buy an $8 ticket which gets you into 11 homes which are DECKED out for Christmas and filled with beautifully hand made items. I will be at Home #3 in Byron Center with my "vintage joy" burlap home/holiday decor and children's room decor.
