A personal wine and culinary experience... Do you want to host an intimate wine dinner at your house? Relax with your guests and leave everything to us.
Wine Me Dine Me is a personalized food and wine experience that comes to your house, so that you can entertain your guests in the privacy of your own home! The experience is meant to be a food and wine learning event, similar to going to a "wine dinner" at a restaurant, but we can personalize it to be as in depth or as hands off as you want it to be. Each event has several options to choose from

What a great time helping Alison and Kyle celebrate Cinco de Mayo!! We served brisket barbacoa and beef fajitas all on and of course with all of the fixins! Keith also made some killer Margs! And, he might have ended the night playing flip cup......😳

What a great wine dinner for our friends “Winos in the Mist”. did Surf and Turf with beef tenderloin and Chilean sea bass, asparagus and seasonal potatoes... yummy. And, have you ever seen a basement in Houston? And, have you ever seen a basement with a wine cellar in it in Houston??? So cool!!

That being said, Wine Me Dine Me is ready for you, when you are ready to entertain!
Keith did a private wine tasting for a birthday party last weekend, and it was a hit! And, he was able to feature wines from Winesellers, Ltd. Importing & Marketing!! Thanks to Premier Fine Wine and Spirits for making it happen!

The menu included shrimp skewers, a charcuterie board, Chilean Sea Bass, beef tenderloin Alambres, asparagus and roasted potatoes. All finished off with bourbon now use and tres leches!

Wine Me Dine Me can do baby showers also!
Wendy asked us for a special request theme “Adventure Awaits” for the arrival of her grandson.
Chef Marcela did an excellent job putting together the meal!
We had 7 different food options, each one representing a country.
ITALY- Caprese Salad Skewers
INDIA- Vegetable Samosas
ISRAEL- Roasted Cauliflower Hummus w/ Veggie Sticks
MEXICO- Chicken Tinga w/ Pickled Onions and Cotija Cheese
THAILAND- Thai Shrimp Curry Bowls w/Basmati Rice
GREECE- Lamb Gyro Skewers w/ Tzatziki dipping sauce
FRANCE- Mini Spinach Quiche
