BACODA offers the State mandated Texas Drug Offender Education Progam (TDOEP). For more information or to register, visit https://www.bacoda.org/drug-offender-education-registration
This program is designed to educate persons convicted of drug-related offenses about the dangers of drug abuse as well as to satisfy the legal requirement for reinstatement of suspended drivers’ licenses. It is a 15 hour education program focused on teaching clients about the history and law of the TDOEP, the dynamics of drug use/abuse and identifying skills necessary for lifestyle changes.
