Sometimes we hold onto people, situations, jobs way past their expiration date. It can look like consistency or commitment however often it’s fear in disguise. A great question to ask is does this still serve me or is it just familiar?

What are you afraid to change? Sometimes making a slight shift or one small thing can create a positive ripple effect!
