Celebrating the Second Baptist School Class of 2030! 🎓

Yesterday, our eighth grade students marked an important milestone as they prepared to step into Upper School. Our prayer is that they would continue to “live a life worthy of the calling they have received” (Ephesians 4:1) in every season ahead.

Our seventh grade students spent the day exploring God’s creation along the Texas coast at Texas A&M Galveston 🌊🐚🐠

From boarding the R/V Trident research vessel to studying marine ecosystems, crabbing in the wetlands 🦀, and participating in a hands-on shark dissection 🦈, students experienced science beyond the classroom in engaging, real-world ways!!

Happy Teacher Appreciation Week to the teachers who make Second Baptist School a place where students feel known, encouraged and cared for every day. We are so thankful for each of you!! 🤍

With bold faith, joyful hearts and a whole lot of disco flair, they brought the gospel to life on stage and reminded us all that knowing Jesus changes everything.

In our first-ever appearance at the TAPPS Academic Competition, a statewide contest where students from private schools across Texas compete in rigorous academic events, our team delivered strong results across the board and finished 5th overall.
