Next week is Mental Health Awareness Week and in an effort to create " an opportunity for students, staff, and the community to come together, support one another, and promote understanding around mental health", we will have a dress up day for each day of the week

Mindful Monday: Wear green to represent growth, Balance, and well-being

Twin/team Tuesday: Dress alike with friends or wear a sports themed shirt to celebrate connection, friendship, and the power of not going through things alone

Wellness Wednesday: Dress in workout gear or comfy clothes to highlight the importance of caring for your body and mind.

Thoughtful Thursday: Wear a shirt with a positive message or create one!

Feel Good Friday: Wear school colors or bright, bold outfits to spread positivity!

It's the last day of Teacher Appreciation Week and we need YOUR help!
